EasiPoint FBC

EasiPoint FBC is a Fine Bedding Concrete incorporating UK-sourced aggregates and Portland Cement providing strong, stable bedding for natural stone elements which, when cured, is porous and free-draining.

EasiPoint FBC manufactured under license and supplied in bulk silos by CPI Euromix. Silos are delivered direct-to-site to produce significant cost-savings and ensure that mortar is available on demand. Silos can be replenished regularly where large schemes demand high volumes of ready-to-use bedding mortar, which is fully compliant with BS7533.

Fine Bedding Concrete features a special formula enhanced by the addition of complex co-polymers that improve flexural performance, eliminate shrinkage and prevent cracking. Naturally occurring mineral blocking agents also provide resistance to attack by chemicals and other contaminants.

The material is also available in 25 kg bags or 1 tonne bulk where required.

Note: BS7533 sets out varied parameters for bedding applications. In order to meet specific criteria please make us aware prior to ordering. If in doubt, your Easipoint Technical Representative will be pleased to advise you.

Bedding Mortar RS

Designed for particularly demanding traffic situations such as speed ramps, or roads where very short possession times are available.

EasiPoint Bedding Mortar RS is designed for use when laying natural stone on a concrete or CBM base where very rapid setting for early traffic is required.
